官方汇率由于具有法定性质，所以又称为法定汇率，通常是指由国家的货币金融机构（如中央银行，外汇管理局，财政部）公布的汇率，它规定了凡进行外汇交易都要以由官方公布的汇率为准。官方汇率又分为单一汇率和多重汇率（复汇率）。多重汇率是一个国家对本国货币规定的一种以上的汇率，属于外汇管制的一种形式，主要用于奖励出口，限制进口，改善收支不平衡状况。（股票学习网https://www.gujinba.com/）
