小盘的定义是流通市值在A股平均流通市值以下的股票。一般流通股本在1个亿以上的个股称为大盘股；5000万至1个亿的个股称为中盘般；不到5000万规模的称为小盘股。就市盈率而言,相同业绩的个股,小盘股的市盈率比中盘股高,中盘股要比大盘股高。特别在市场疲软时,小盘股机会较多。在牛市时大盘股和中盘股较适合大资金的进出,因此盘子大的个股比较看好。由于流通盘大,对指数影响大,往往成为市场调控指数的工具。投资者选择个股,一般熊市应选小盘股和中小盘股,牛市应选大盘股和中大盘股。小盘股是相对而言的,从趋势角度来看,小盘股必将逐步向大盘股过渡,但小盘股的独特优势在某个阶段是显而易见的,有时甚至能左右大盘,这就是小盘股的外延。(263股票学习网 http://www.caijingmen.com收集整理)
